IQC - Incoming Quality Control
We never start production with unverified materials. Every batch of aluminum, stainless steel, or steel is checked for material grade and hardness. Material Test Reports (MTR) are available upon request.
IPQC - In-Process Quality Control
During CNC machining, stamping, or bending, operators check parts every hour to detect tool wear or machine drift early, ensuring dimensions stay within specified tolerances.
FQC - Final Quality Control
100% visual inspection for cosmetic defects (scratches, burrs, uneven anodizing) and critical dimension sampling using high-precision instruments before packing.
OQC - Outgoing Quality Control
Verification of packaging durability to prevent international transit damage, rust prevention for steel parts, and checking the completeness of shipping documents.
