Quotation & Documents:
Quotations for production orders include a First Article Inspection (FAI) report. Prototype orders do not include FAI, but it can be requested when placing the order, which may incur additional charges.
Please provide 3D files in the universal STEP format. Failure to do so may result in additional costs and delays.
Please provide 2D drawings in PDF format.
Prices are subject to adjustment upon final confirmation of technical specifications.
Quotation Validity & Changes:
This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Fluctuations in raw material prices or external processing service costs may lead to price changes.
We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors or miscalculations.
Liability & Packaging:
YuTop shall not be held liable for delays caused by transportation, customs clearance, or global holidays.
YuTop shall not be held liable for the damage or loss of parts or molds caused by force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, fire, etc.
Quotations include standard packaging. Special packaging requirements may incur additional charges.
Payment & Materials:
In case of late payment, YuTop reserves the right to charge a late fee of 2% per month on the overdue amount.
If an order is canceled or modified, the customer is liable for all costs of unused materials already procured (including raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods).
The final cost of parts depends on the market price of materials at the time of order confirmation.
Production lead times are subject to material availability.
Quotations do not include freight charges.
